Creative Director (M/W/D) (Fulltime / Parttime 30hrs)

• Creative Ownership & Innovation → You take full creative ownership — from the big idea to the final output — and hold the bar for visual quality. With your instinct for trends and your interest in communities, subcultures and gaming, you bring ideas to the table that actually resonate with the audience.
• Client Consulting & Presentation → You guide clients through the creative process, balancing their needs and goals with what's digitally possible.  Your instinct for storytelling and narrative lets you win pitches, lead workshops, and keep momentum in the day-to-day.
• Team Development → You give the design team direction and create an environment where individual strengths become visible and grow. Drawing on your experience, you actively develop both the team and its processes.

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, plus a degree or equivalent training in graphic, communication, or media design — or a comparable field
• Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma, and confidence with current AI, design and production tools
• Strong communication, presentation and workshop facilitation skills – in both German and English.
• Proven experience leading creative teams, with a genuine drive to bring out the best in the people around you.
