Are you creative, organized and have a passion for visual concepts? As an Editorial Fashion Content Creator Image (m/f/d) in the Picture Department, you will be part of a small, creative team and work directly with the Executive Creative Director. You will be responsible for the visual identity of the Breuninger brand with a focus on the editorial appearance on site and will actively participate in the development and implementation of visual concepts for our photo shoots (People & Still Life, Still & Moving; Omni-Channel). You will take on projects independently, use innovative technologies such as AI-based image generation and develop high-quality editorial concepts and visual worlds.

Willingness to travel (headquarters in Stuttgart and various shooting locations, primarily in Southern Germany or Berlin) is required.

• Development of creative concepts (still & moving image) in coordination with internal stakeholders and using AI technologies
• Conceptual planning and management of photo and video productions
• Independent management of photo shoots, including management of the shooting team
• Coordinate with external service providers and internal stakeholders (photographers, stylists, project managers, etc.)
• Utilize and integrate AI tools for content creation and optimization
• Support post-production and coordinate assets with internal departments
• Select and creatively curate visual assets for campaigns and brand communications
• Contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual identity across all channels

• Completed studies or training in media design, photo design, visual communication or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in fashion production (still and moving images) and editorial content creation; ideally in fashion, beauty or home & living in the premium/luxury segment, in addition editorial experience (especially digital)
• Confident use of AI tools for image creation and optimization
• Strong sense of design, imagery, typography, conceptual work and visual storytelling
• Strong communication and conceptual skills, creativity and innovation
• Team player, flexible and resilient
• Enjoy developing a brand visually and helping to shape its identity
