Arbeitsbeschreibung - Finance Manager / Controller - Funds (m/w/d)

Support our venture capital & private equity funds
Manage our cash flow at fund level including execution of distributions and capital calls
Prepare the quarterly fund and investor reports as well as ad-hoc analyses
Further development of reporting processes and databases
Responsibility for regulatory reporting
Interface to tax advisors for fund accounting including annual financial statements and tax returns
Communicate to/with our investors and investments on all relevant operational topics

Academic degree with business/financial specialization or completed commercial training
Practical experience in venture capital/private equity, fund administration/controlling, corporate finance, investment banking and/or auditing
Good communication skills and be a team player
Affinity for numbers and understanding of corporate structures
Independent and diligent approach to work as well as a quick grasp of business issues
High proficiency in English
MS-Office skills at an advanced level as well as confident handling of IT applications
