Your mission
We are currently looking for a freelance lecturer (m/f/d) to teach the IT 5 – Cloud Computing starting in the Winter semester 2025.
The course consists of 3 hours of teaching per week over 14 weeks, plus supervision and assessment of a final paper.
Module content includes:
- Differentiation of cloud services from traditional IT services and assessment of their applicability in companies
- Understanding various service levels (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and their use cases
- Cloud architecture fundamentals, organizational models, and typical applications
- Technical principles behind cloud deployment and evaluation of their implementation
- Legal, security, and risk considerations in cloud computing
- Integration and adaptation of cloud strategies within existing IT frameworks
- Management and interaction of different cloud services and providers
- Comparison of cloud providers and their service offerings
- Differentiation and evaluation of private clouds versus other cloud models
- Secure and effective use of cloud-based applications
YOUR IMPACT
As a lecturer for this course, you will:
- Deliver practice-oriented sessions on usability methods, user-centered design, prototyping, and evaluation techniques.
- Guide students through the principles of human-computer interaction, usability testing, and UX thinking.
- Supervise and assess a final written assignment demonstrating applied knowledge.
- Inspire our students to design digital products that are both intuitive and user-focused.
