Arbeitsbeschreibung - HR Manager

About the Role


To strengthen our team at PiNTeam GmbH, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager who understands both the human and business sides of a scaling engineering company.



You will serve as the trusted bridge between our employees and management — maintaining objectivity, fairness, and a clear understanding of what drives our business. This is not a purely administrative role: we are looking for someone with strategic instincts, hands-on experience in SME environments, and a genuine passion for developing people.



What You Will Do



  • Support and coordinate the full recruitment process, with a strong focus on sourcing and hiring engineering talent.

  • Drive employee development initiatives — identifying growth paths and supporting team members at every stage of their career.

  • Act as a neutral, objective point of contact for conflict resolution, ensuring both employee and management perspectives are heard and addressed fairly.

  • Coordinate and improve internal communication across teams and locations (Germany and Romania).

  • Maintain regular, visible presence in the office to build trust, rapport, and relationships across the team.

  • Support leadership in organizational decisions with HR insights that are grounded in business reality.



Must-Have Skills & Experience



  • 5–10 years of HR experience within technology or engineering companies.

  • Proven track record in a scale-up or SME environment, you are comfortable building processes, not just executing them.

  • Hands-on experience recruiting, onboarding, and developing engineers.

  • Strong knowledge of organizational psychology and how to apply it practically.

  • German native speaker with excellent English skills (written and spoken).

  • Solid understanding of German labor law (Arbeitsrecht).



Beneficial Skills & Experience



  • Background or exposure to the automotive embedded software industry.

  • Experience in multicultural or international team environments.

  • Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems (e.g., BambooHR).
