Your mission

• Co-supervision and support in the timely and professional processing of preparatory payroll accounting 
• Master data entry and maintenance in Personio
• Supervision of working time accounts of defined employee groups
• Administration of eAU certificates
• Creation of work certificates with the Hauffe Tool
• General interface to the external payroll provider consultant and employee support
• Other administration tasks within the HR function

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting is an advantage
• Absolute reliability and high sense of duty and diligence
• Structured and discreet way of working
• Hands-on mentality and team player
• Flexible working hours taking into account monthly deadlines
• Remote work possible with one office day in Munich per week
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Good command of English
