HR Support - Werkstudent (f/m/d)

Gain experience in building a startup!

You will be one of the first employees to join onu.energy's team. In this role, you will work closely with our company's founders to support a wide range of strategic initiatives, mainly in business development and sales process execution.

This will put you at the forefront of our company building. You'll execute processes using your skills to make decisions and carry out a number of our workflows. Your passion for finding new solutions to important problems and shaping a young company will make you a fundamental contributor to onu.energy.

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit, exceptional communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Responsabilities

• Identify and research potential clients, partners, and opportunities for business growth

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals

• Support the team in prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up activities

• Help analyze market data, competitive landscape, and customer feedback

• Work with the founders on strategic projects and partnerships

• You are curious to execute a plan, multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.

• Passion for innovation and a keen interest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem

• You are currently pursuing a business or tech degree 

• Good organizational and project management skills to manage projects and drive them forward independently

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Very good German and English language skills

• Very good written and oral communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders

Bonus if you're familiar with

• Energy Economics, Energy Policy, Corporate Finance

• Some initial experience in a startup environment, management consulting, investment banking or similar fast-paced setting
