Arbeitsbeschreibung - Junior Einkäufer

Supplier Management: With your help, we have selected suppliers who are perfectly aligned with our needs. You conduct planning discussions and audits with them.
Orders: You find the best offer in a technically demanding environment for small batches. You create requests for proposals, make price comparisons, and place orders after final price negotiations.
Sparring Partner: You are the expert in the supply chain. Projects communicate their needs to you, and you provide the procurement solution. Additionally, you serve as the interface, coordinating all project-related and technical details with suppliers and internal stakeholders such as project teams, development, and quality management.
Procurement Controlling: You are responsible that delivery items are available on time and at the agreed costs.
Process Optimization: You play a key role in shaping the procurement process. With your help, the process becomes leaner, more efficient, and more sustainable.
Data Management: You ensure a clean data foundation as input for KPIs and projects.
ESG / UNSDG: Sustainability and social responsibility are deeply embedded in your approach and play a key role in shaping the supply chain. This also includes compliance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act.

Technical and commercial studies (e.g. industrial engineering) and good technical understanding
Good background in contractual and legal issues in the purchasing process
professional experience desirable
Negotiating skills and good intuition in dealing with partners and suppliers
Entrepreneurial, pragmatic and sustainable thinking
Independent, structured and self-reliant way of working
Confident command of MS Office, business fluent in German and English as well as high team spirit
