As (Junior) HR Manager (m/f/d) in a digital environment, you will be the interface between promising candidates and snk. You will convince the best talents that we are an attractive employer and create a positive working environment.

Responsibility for the entire recruiting process, from the creation of job advertisements to the selection of suitable candidates, as well as organization of the interview and onboarding process
Placing vacancies via job boards and social media, as well as actively approaching talented candidates
Contact person for applicants and internal stakeholders throughout the entire recruiting process
Development of employer branding measures
Organization and evaluation of employee surveys such as Great Place to Work
Support with HR topics such as employee development, occupational health and safety, employee inquiries and HR administration

Completed studies in the field of human resources, business administration or comparable training
First experience in recruiting and generalist HR work
Experience with Personio desirable
Excellent communication skills in German and English
High social competence in dealing with candidates and employees
Discretion and independent way of working
