As an editor, you write articles, edit texts from other KATAPULT contributors, create and document graphics, publish content for online and the magazine, write teasers for our website, and bring your own suggestions to the editorial meetings on a daily basis. Additionally, you are part of the magazine team four times a year.

A solid journalistic education with experience in writing and editing journalistic texts, or comparable skills.
Experience in working with Adobe Illustrator, GIS, and InDesign, or a willingness to acquire these skills before starting the job.
The ability to assess the quality of graphics and texts.
Proficiency in handling scientific sources and statistics.
Willingness to engage in conversations with our readers.

A salary that is based on the TV-L E7 scale, depending on your experience.
