• Lathing, milling, and drilling using conventional machines.
• Manufacturing and adapting tools and jigs.
• Assembly and adjustment of components and systems.
• Maintenance and repair of machines and tools.
• Supporting the organization of the workshop.
• Sharing expertise and developing creative solutions.

• Completed training and professional experience as a mechanic, toolmaker, or industrial mechanic.
• Solid knowledge in turning, milling, and drilling with conventional machines.
• Enthusiasm for hands-on tasks and creative solutions.
• Precise, reliable, and diligent working style.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and accommodate flexible working hours.
