Medical Certification Coordinator (all genders)

To continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Medical Certification Coordinator (all genders). In this role, you will actively contribute to shaping the future of healthcare by handling the processing and compliance of Avelios Medical certifications.

• You will independently manage the procurement, planning, and execution of strategic certifications (e.g., MDR, BSI C5, ISO, etc.)
• You will ensure the legally compliant configuration of the client’s IT offering in coordination with our technology partners (e.g., Google)
• You will define internal guidelines and controls to ensure compliant process flows with our managing directors
• You will advise our product and project management teams on legal matters

• You have gained experience, for example, as an IT project manager or medical technician, or have a background in law, legal affairs, or auditing
• You have successfully implemented certifications for companies and are well-versed in the associated requirements
• You work conscientiously, are detail-oriented, and bring flexibility to the table
• You have fluent German and English skills
