Arbeitsbeschreibung - Mitarbeiter:innen für die Neu- und Bestandskundenbetreuung

  • You are the contact person for teachers who are interested or already using the product
  • You inform and advise them by phone and email about our product range
  • You support and accompany teachers when they get started and use it systematically
  • You coordinate the forwarding of customer feedback to our product managers and quality assurance
  • Initial experience in customer service or customer support would be great
  • You are a strong communicator and the satisfaction of our teachers is important to you
  • You enjoy working independently, but are a team player with a high sense of responsibility
  • You have good written and spoken German skills - English would be nice, but not a must.

We enable students to learn independently at their own pace. Behind this stands an international team of 80 experts, including educators, mathematicians, internet, and software specialists.

  • Home office days
  • Flexible working hours - we are available for our customers Monday - Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
