Arbeitsbeschreibung - Pädagogische Fachkraft | Erzieher (m/w/d)

who is ready for full time (40 hrs./week) or part time
who create an environment in which children feel safe and secure and in which they can develop optimally
who respond to children individually, taking into account their respective needs and personalities
who participate in the planning and implementation of the daily program of appropriate developmental activities according to the rainbowtrekkers curriculum/NRW Bildungsgrundsätze
who observe, evaluate and document the social and physical development and behavior of the children
who conduct the semi-annual parent interviews

Qualification as a state-recognized educator, curative pedagogue, curative educational nurse or graduate of diploma, bachelor's or master's degree courses in early childhood education or social work or comparable degrees.
Interest in progressive pedagogical concepts and the desire to apply them in practice and to continuously improve them in everyday.
Very good observation skills to be able to document the development of the children in a differentiated way.
Excellent communication and reflection skills.
Minimum language level at start of employment: fluent in German or English
