Payroll / Financial Accountant (m/f/d) Part-Time Hybrid in Stuttgart

We’re hiring 2–3 experienced Payroll / Financial Accountants for a well-established company in the field of electronics and control technology. If you’re reliable, precise, and enjoy working with people, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare accurate and timely payroll accounting
• Answer employee questions on payroll-related topics
• Ensure compliance with labor, social security, and tax laws
• Collaborate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Sales, etc.)
• Liaise with external tax consultants

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in payroll accounting (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of German labor law, social security, and tax law
• German fluency (C1) and solid English (B1) (mandatory)
• Highly structured, precise, and trustworthy working style
• Bonus: Experience with DATEV LODAS

Salary & Contract

📍 Location: Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany (onsite presence required)

🕒 Contract Type: Permanent (unbefristet)

📉 Part-time position – flexible in terms of weekly hours and working days

🧮 Full-time equivalent salary: €50,000 – €56,000 gross per year (based on 13 monthly salaries)

💼 Actual salary will be calculated proportionally to your agreed part-time hours

🧪 Probation Period: 6 months

For example, a 30-hour contract (~75% of full-time) would result in a gross annual salary of approx. €37,500–€42,000.
