WHAT YOU DO
- You own the entire employee lifecycle for 25 employees – from end-to-end recruiting, onboarding and offboarding to HR administration, pre-payroll preparation and contract management.
- You act as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on all HR-related matters – pragmatic, empathetic and solution-oriented.
- You maintain and continuously develop our HR system (Personio), ensuring efficient, scalable processes as well as sustainable planning, controlling and reporting.
- You drive the professional development of our employees, coordinate workshops and identify suitable external trainers.
- You shape our performance management process, facilitate performance reviews and support leaders in conducting employee conversations.
- You ensure that our HR processes and policies are compliant and aligned with our culture.
