You will meet a great international team. You will work closely with hiring managers and People & Culture to ensure that recruitment processes are efficient, structured, and create a strong candidate experience.
What does it mean?
- manage selected roles from first conversation to offer
- actively source and approach candidates (social media, networks, ATS)
- conduct structured interviews and build strong, relevant shortlists
- partner closely with hiring managers - aligning expectations and driving decisions
- create real impact by connecting people with new career opportunities at METRO
Qualifications
- Experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruiting (full-cycle experience is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
- A structured and pragmatic way of working
- Confidence in using ATS and sourcing tools - and a curiosity to continuously improve and innovate our TA processes
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload in a part-time setup (ideally 2 full days and 1 half day)
- Very good German and English skills
