Arbeitsbeschreibung - Customer Service Working Student (20 hours/week)

Our fashion start-up is currently seeking a Working Student in Customer Service to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving improvements in our services and products.

Manage and respond to incoming email inquiries with speed, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset
Gather, analyze, and share customer feedback to enhance our service quality and product offerings
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fulfillment centers, producers) to ensure seamless customer support
Take ownership of small projects to optimize workflows, automate processes, and increase operational efficiency
Prepare concise reports on customer service KPIs and present actionable insights

You are currently enrolled in a study program in fields such as Business, Communication, Languages, or other relevant disciplines
You ideally have prior experience in customer service or a related field, demonstrating your ability to handle customer inquiries effectively
Exceptional communication skills, a strong service-oriented mindset, and the flexibility to adapt to dynamic situations
Fluency in German and English is essential
A structured and organized working style, ensuring efficient task management and prioritization
High attention to detail, enabling you to provide precise and accurate responses
Self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and small projects
