We are looking for an experienced freelance fashion designer to support the development of our Better Mainline collection — a progressive tier blending Alpha Industries’ military heritage with contemporary streetwear culture.
Working closely with the Senior Designer and Design Director, you will focus on executing designs within a clearly defined concept framework. You’ll contribute sketches, design refinements, tech packs, and creative input across streetwear staples including outerwear, fleece, jersey, pants, and accessories.
This is a remote role with flexible hours, but we expect professional-level execution, speed, and accountability.

Your mission

Execute designs based on concept direction and moodboards
Deliver sketches, Illustrator flats, detail callouts, and tech packs for key styles
Interpret heritage references into wearable streetwear pieces with a clear brand point of view
Support development of trims, labeling, and print placements
Ensure high quality of all submissions and ability to iterate quickly
Communicate regularly with the internal team for alignment and feedback
Contribute research or visual references when needed

Your profile

6+ years of experience in fashion design for well-known streetwear brands
Confident in remote collaboration, working from brief and taking feedback precisely
Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital sketching
Strong understanding of streetwear culture, Gen Z trends, military/workwear silhouettes
Proactive, communicative, and used to tight timelines
Portfolio showing complete seasonal development or capsule work

Bonus Points

Experience designing within multi-tiered or structured brand setups
Print/graphic knowledge
PLM familiarity
Based in CET time zone or able to work with European teams
