However, we do have some soft requirements that we look for in potential new-joiners:

Knowledge of the Ethereum ecosystem and decentralized finance,
An out-of-the-box mindset paired with curiosity,
Advanced level of English proficiency - both written and spoken,
Passion for decentralized finance systems,
High motivation and the willingness to learn and combat complex problems.

*Please note that our ideal potential colleague will be expected to work in a hybrid setting from one of our offices in Berlin or Mainz.

The interview process will be as follows;

Initial 15 mins call with our People and Culture ambassador to double-check your information.
30 mins cultural-fit interview - we appreciate the cultural fit and you will get the chance to learn about us a bit more!
Technical interview to discuss your experiences and a task to work on - we’re sure you’ll also have fun along the way!
Team lead interview - chance to meet your potential lead and ask questions directly.
Background check - feel praised by your former superiors.
