Marketing Manager in Part-time(m/w/d)

• Own the entire marketing strategy and execution at Isarsoft — from strategic planning to hands-on implementation.

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to align marketing initiatives with company strategy and growth objectives.

• Design and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, LinkedIn, email marketing) to generate leads and raise brand awareness.

• Produce engaging content such as blog posts, whitepapers, customer success stories, and social media content to position Isarsoft as a leader in AI video analytics.

• Manage and optimize the Isarsoft website to improve visibility, engagement, and conversion rates.

• Organize and represent Isarsoft at industry events, conferences, and webinars.

• Build and maintain the Isarsoft brand identity, including PR initiatives and storytelling.

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or tech startups.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset and the ambition to own marketing at a company level.

• Experienced in content creation, digital marketing, lead generation, and branding.

• Proficiency with tools like Pipedrive, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and CMS systems like Webflow.

• German language skills at native level or C2, and English at C1 level.

• Self-starter with a proactive approach, comfortable working independently and in close collaboration with the CEO.

• Strong interest in AI, technology, and innovation.

• A network in the AI, tech, or mobility sectors.

• Design skills using Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.

The following three stages are typical for any position at Isarsoft:

1. Video Interview with HR
   An introductory conversation to get to know each other, clarify expectations, and discuss your background and motivations.

2. Case Study Interview
   You will work on a practical case study relevant to the role. This helps us understand your approach, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

3. Personal Meeting with the Founders
   A deep dive into your skills, mindset, and cultural fit. You'll have the chance to meet the founders in person and ask any remaining questions about the company, product, and vision.
