Our current brand portfolio includes the home fragrance brand AVA & MAY and the personal fragrance brand FAYNT.

We are looking for a Photographer (m/f/x) – Part-Time (24h/week) to support our Creative Team in a wide range of topics.

• Independently develop creative concepts, set designs, and execute high-quality e-commerce shoots, still lifes, and campaign visuals for our brands AVA & MAY, CLUB NOÉ, and upcoming brands within our brand incubator, Hashtag You

• Edit and retouch product and model images, ensuring efficient workflows and leveraging AI tools for optimized post-production

• Prepare compelling visual assets for various channels, including our online shop, social media platforms, performance marketing, and internal presentations

• Collaborate closely with our Creative Team and align regularly with Marketing, Product Development, and Brand Management to ensure brand consistency

• Share responsibility for model shoots, including coordination and on-set support of models

• Contribute actively to the evolution of our visual language and continuously optimize internal photography and studio workflows

• You have at least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, product, and model photography.

• You’re confident working with studio, camera, and lighting equipment – both in-studio and on location.

• You have experience in professional image editing and set design.

• You’re proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Lightroom.

• Ideally, you’ve worked with AI tools before or are curious and open to exploring new technologies.

• A plus (but not required): initial experience or strong interest in videography – such as developing concepts, shooting, or editing short formats (e.g., Reels or mood videos).
