You’ll be joining our international B2C team, the group behind Raisin’s retail customer growth. We focus on building trust and long-term relationships with users. Your role will support the DACH market—Germany, Austria, and Switzerland—where we manage key communication channels, drive customer engagement, and work to make every user’s experience better.

Your Responsibilities
You’ll help us make Raisin better for customers by working across teams and channels:
Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.
Assist in shaping our sponsorship presence with Union Berlin and help organize unforgettable customer events.
Contribute ideas and improvements to keep our customer experience high.
Help craft our weekly newsletters and key communications to our users.
Support with translation, research, and day-to-day coordination.
