Support the optimization of our supply chain operations by developing and maintaining supplier performance reports
Conduct invoice reconciliations and manage purchase cost adjustments as part of your daily responsibilities
Help with placing purchase orders for our products and track deliveries to ensure they arrive in full and on time at our warehouse
Monitor and verify inbound deliveries to maintain accurate stock levels
Maintain close communication with our suppliers and warehouse team
Collaborate closely with our Purchasing, Quality Management, and Finance departments

Your profile

You are currently enrolled in full-time studies at a university or college
Strong interest in supply chain management and finance processes; prior experience in these areas is a plus
You are based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Very good command of English, both written and spoken – German skills are a plus
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, you know your way around spreadsheets
Familiarity with SQL and JavaScript is an advantage
A true team player, reliable, detail-oriented, and able to perform well under pressure
Commitment, openness, strategic thinking, and a strong willingness to learn define your working style
