Sales Advisor - Fixed-Term Contract - Part-Time (20h per week) - Düsseldorf

We are looking for a part-time Sales Advisor to support our team in Düsseldorf !

Date of contract : 3 december to 10 january

Sales

● Welcome, advise and build a trusted relationship with each customer to provide a unique shopping experience

● Actively contribute to achieving the boutique’s sales targets

● Demonstrate strong knowledge of APM products to showcase the brand’s story and unique character to customers

● Build customer loyalty by providing personalised after-sales follow-up

Customer Service

● Ensure an impeccable level of customer service at every interaction

● Handle customer enquiries and initial complaints professionally

Operations & Visual Merchandising

● Contribute to maintaining the boutique to a high standard: cleanliness, organisation and replenishment

● Support visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines

● Assist with stock management and inventory

● Follow payment and POS procedures

Profile

● You love APM Monaco!

● You are passionate about sales

● You have a strong sense of customer service and excellent interpersonal skills

● Previous boutique experience (luxury or fashion retail) is a real plus

● You are organised, dynamic and eager to learn

● You are adaptable and able to demonstrate flexibility when needed.
