• In technical procurement, you will be responsible for sourcing spare parts and work closely with SAP, from initiating weekly orders to managing order confirmations and article master data.
• You’ll create forecasts and annual orders, negotiate terms, process orders, check incoming goods, and ensure seamless supply from our vendors.
• You will generate essential reports like the Weekly Stock Report, coordinate communication with suppliers and internal departments, and regularly liaise with our U.S. office.
• You’ll oversee procurement of machine packaging and consumables such as blast media and cartridges.
• Additionally, you’ll handle office and kitchen supply procurement to keep our team well-equipped.
• Besides procurement tasks, you’ll play a central role in our internal IT support.

• Procurement Experience: Ideally, you have experience in operational procurement, especially in a technical field. Experience in sourcing consumables and spare parts is a plus.
• SAP Expertise: You’re proficient in SAP or similar ERP systems, comfortable managing order, item, and contract data.
• Negotiation and Communication Skills: You possess strong negotiation skills and communicate effectively with suppliers, establishing and managing framework and annual contracts. Proficiency in both German and English, spoken and written, is essential.
• Analytical Skills: You excel at creating forecasts and reports like the Weekly Stock Report, bringing an analytical mindset to plan demands and stock levels optimally.
• Organizational Talent: You work in a structured manner and switch efficiently between tasks, whether it’s in material provisioning, collaborating with internal and external partners, or coordinating with our U.S. site.
• IT Affinity: You have a basic affinity for IT and are prepared to handle company mobile phone management and simple IT tasks in addition to procurement responsibilities.
• Initiative & Team Spirit: You work independently, show high commitment, and enjoy collaborating with the team, supporting the company in a versatile role.
