Team Lead UXD (f/m/d)

• Take over responsibility for UXD colleagues technical and disciplinary as Team Lead
• Working on various projects across industries and skills to develop clear, valuable and astonishing solutions. You start to glow when taking over the lead and bring your projects to great results
• Actively contribute to the further development of our UX Design team
• Keeping up to date with the latest developments, trends and thinking – in Design and beyond – and sharing your knowledge and thoughts with colleagues and clients alike to shape our team
• Leading clients and colleagues to ensure our Design solutions are designed and delivered with world-class quality
• Participating in projects from start to finish – setting direction, identifying and resolving issues
• Implementing digital Design projects, from initial requirements to concept, interaction design and development
• Collaborate and work closely with an interdisciplinary team (PM, Digital, Service Design, Tech etc.) to deliver great results

• 7+ years of experience with a focus on digital design in an agile & digital environment
• English language skills (german additionally would be wonderful but is not mandatory)
• Ambassador of great design and great user interfaces – supporting our clients to take decisions
• You have already proven your skills leading a team or colleagues in your previous job
• You want to take over responsibility and bring your topics, projects and team to great results
• You love to share your know-how and ideas is part of you DNA
• You are a true communicator who works confidently with clients and colleagues at all levels
• An attitude of "I'm here to help". And someone who absolutely and fundamentally believes that together we are better
