Technical Product Manager - Film Heater (f/m/d)

Product Development and Specification Management

• Define and manage technical specifications and performance requirements for Holyvolt's film heater products.

• Collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to guide the development of thin- and thick-film heaters from concept to production, ensuring technical accuracy and market suitability.

• Conduct rigorous product testing and validation, identifying areas for optimization in product design and material selection.

• Establish and maintain product standards, specifications, and technical documentation, including design records, certifications, and compliance reports.

Market and Application Research

• Conduct detailed technical research into emerging film heater technologies and applications, with a focus on both residential and industrial markets.

• Analyze customer requirements and industry trends to ensure product alignment with market needs and regulatory standards.

• Support the product roadmap with data-driven insights and ensure alignment with Holyvolt’s business and technology strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Technical Support

• Act as a technical liaison, working with engineering, R&D, and production teams to ensure successful project completion and adherence to quality standards.

• Provide technical product information to commercial teams to support product positioning and messaging.

• Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and offering post-sales support.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.

• 5+ years in technical product management, ideally in heating technologies or thermal management products, with a proven track record in technical specification management.

• Strong understanding of film heater technologies, thin- and thick-film materials, production processes, and application engineering.

• Skilled in CAD, technical documentation, and testing protocols for product validation and quality control.

• Ability to interpret technical data and make data-driven decisions for product design and improvements.

• Adept at troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.

• Fluent in English, with Swedish or German as a plus; strong ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
