Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudent (m/w/d) Innovation & Technology im Bereich Szenarienbasiertes Testen für Autonomes Fahre


In the Innovation & Technology (I&T) department, you can expect to research and develop innovative solutions for the future challenges of our customers in the automotive sector (more than 100 OEMs and suppliers worldwide). Your future tasks will deal with the enhancement and testing of essential software tools that are used in the field of autonomous driving, among other things.
  • You have a background in computer science, mathematics, physics, electrical engineering or a related subject and enjoy programming, conceptual work and experimenting.
  • You are preferably in the third to fifth semester of your Bachelor's degree or at the beginning of your Master's degree.
  • You have programming experience in an object-oriented programming language (preferably Java)
  • Willingness to learn and familiarise yourself with new areas of technology
  • Team spirit and enjoy working independently
  • Good written and spoken German language skills are a basic requirement
  • Good English language skills are desirable
  • You have first experiences with version control (especially GIT), unit tests (e.g. JUnit)
  • Knowledge of Java, TypeScript, MongoDB, Docker and AWS are useful
  • Flexibility: We are very flexible when it comes to working hours, but it is desirable that you are generally willing to work between 15 and 20 hours per week for us. Naturally with an attractive salary!
  • Supervision of Bachelor's & Master's thesis: We support you in your studies.
