Werkstudent / Student Assistant in invoicing & business support team

Local Unit & Position Description:

We are looking for a Student Assistant for Area Germany´s CMC invoicing and business support team in Augsburg or Hamburg . The CMC invoicing and business support team is responsible for the end-2-end administrative process within Area Germany´s product certification. 

Your main tasks will include: 

Supporting the CMC (Product Certification) invoicing and business support team with a variety of administrative tasks.

Supporting issuance of internal or external invoices.

Supporting in handling of invoice claims.

Position Qualifications:

Enrolled student with Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or

Enrolled student with Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture

At least 24 months remaining in student status

Familiar with the current MS office package

Fluent in both written and spoken German & English language skills

Availability for 15-20 working hours per week

Good communication skills
