To achieve this, we develop comprehensive SaaS solutions that create transparency and sustainable growth across the entire value chain, meet ESG requirements, and automate manual processes.As a Working Student in the Documentation Team (part of the Product Management Rollout Team), you will support our other Technical Writers in writing the end user documentation of our software. This role is ideal for a proactive and enthusiastic student eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic and mission-driven company.As our Working Student in Technical Writing / Software Documentation, your key responsibilities will be:

• Documentation: Create high-quality software documentation, including explanation texts, step-by-step instructions, images, GIFs and videos.
• Proofreading: Correct your own German and English texts so they are free of errors and correct the texts written by other people.
• Translation: Translate German texts into English and the other way around using AI tools and your own language skills.
• Other tasks: You will be a member of the Product Management Rollout Team and, aside from the documentation, you will also assist other team members with their tasks.

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in German or English language and literature studies, Communications, Media Studies or a related field.
• German is your first language and you also possess very strong English language skills; other languages are a plus.
• You can easily navigate and understand complex texts such as legal texts.
• You can easily navigate and understand complex software products.
• You are able to assume the perspective of other people and have a talent to summarize and explain complicated things so they can easily be understood by others.
• Strong writing skills are a big plus for this role.
• You have a strong interest in sustainability, business and political topics.
• You also have a graphical eye with a good sense of symmetry and can easily recognize if something looks good or bad.
• Some prior experience with an image tool like Figma or Photoshop would be preferable.
• You are 100% reliable and able to work independently after you have been thoroughly onboarded and briefed.
