Arbeitsbeschreibung - Werkstudierende Customer Administration (m/w/d) - befristet -

Recording account openings
Processing customer payment transactions
Performing other account-related tasks (e.g. processing bank cards, receiving and processing customer enquiries)
Assisting with other day-to-day operational tasks
Assisting with sales of other banking products
Preparing and analysing various reports

Enrolment at a university - preferably in business or economics
High motivation to learn a new area of responsibility and actively support our team
Marketing/sales experience is an advantage
Logical thinking
Team spirit and good communication skills
Good PC skills
Good Vietnamese language skills
German or English language skills (B1 or higher)
Residence in the Rhein-Main area or Berlin

Experience a varied role in the customer service department of a Vietnamese overseas subsidiary
Gain initial work experience and exposure to the financial industry
Flexible working hours to suit your studies
Modern and conveniently located offices in the Westendcarree, close to the Westend Campus of the Goethe University Frankfurt
Work in a family-run overseas branch with flat hierarchies, whose Vietnamese parent company is one of the largest financial institutions in Vietnam
