Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals and doctors to provide their patients with the best possible care.

In order to continue shaping the future of healthcare, we are looking for a Working Student (all genders) People & Operations to support us in a wide range of people topics.

You actively support us in recruiting by doing active sourcing on LinkedIn to find top talent and win them for Avelios
You'll coordinate and organize interviews for applicants as part of their recruiting process
You will take over various tasks that may come up in the context of employee relations, e.g. supporting employees in applying for residence permits or conducting employee surveys
You will independently research current HR topics (e.g. benefits or services for employees)
You optimize processes by updating and creating new document templates for our HR tool Personio

Enrolled student living in Munich
First experiences in HR in other working student positions are an advantage
Reliable, self-structured and result-oriented way of working
Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new tools or adapt to new situations
Excellent communication in German and English as well as a confident and convincing personality

A flexible as well as results-oriented working environment and trust-based working hours
