Working Student - Clinical Trial Execution Services (m|f|d)

We are currently focusing on difficult-to-treat hematological cancers using CAR-T and other technologies, while also exploring treatments for other diseases.  Our lead candidate, a tandem CAR T-cell product, is currently undergoing pivotal clinical trials on a global scale. 

Join our highly professional team in bringing new medicines to market and ensuring the safety of our pharmacological developments at all stages. 

• Within our Clinical Development Europe department, you will support the Clinical Trial Execution Services team in the execution of our pivotal clinical trials.
• You will support the various team functions such as Leukapheresis and IMP Management and Lab Management.
• Your support to the team will include (but is not limited to)
  • Performing electronic and paper based filing of documents e.g. in the Trial Master File
  • Renaming of electronic documents on the basis of the trial specific naming convention.
  • Creating fillable electronic forms based on the current paper based forms.
  • Drafting of Note to files documents.  
  • Compilation of documents for filing
  • Performing print outs from electronic systems and perform filing of the documents
  • Assistance with getting signatures on documents.
  • Other as required

• You are an enrolled student (Bachelor/Master) in the field of medicine, biology, biotechnology or similar.
• You are reliable, a fast learner, detail-oriented and goal-oriented.
• Ideally, you will have gained some experience of clinical trials during your studies.
• You have a very good command of English, German is an advantage.
• Your workplace will be Bergisch Gladbach.
