THE ROLE
About the position:
We are looking for a Working Student to work with our experienced technical experts in Germany and Spain; to help our customers and their end users with any questions they may have about our products and provide advice and support. As a Working student in our Customer Service team, you will get the chance to learn and experience Open Banking and the innovations in this field.

This position follows a hybrid work model and requires regular attendance in the office. We have two locations in Germany: one in the Bavarian capital of Munich, and our headquarters in Berlin. The whole company comes together once a year to celebrate our successes together.
Your role and goals:
- You will be the first point of contact for our partners (especially FinTechs and banks) and their customers / users
- You will be responsible for handling all incoming customer support requests via email and phone (from our partners and end customers)
- You answer general questions about the product and perform analyses independently
- You create bug tickets for the product teams in case of technical problems
- You get to know our products and processes and learn to answer questions independently
- You create and maintain our knowledge base, documentation and training materials.
- You troubleshoot technical issues and fast track them to the product teams in urgent cases
- You inform internal stakeholders about repeating issues and are the first line of product improvement
What you bring to the team:
- You are a registered student in a University in Germany
- You are business fluent in Spanish and German (as you work with our clients in the DACH & Iberian region) and English.
- Some prior experience in customer service is desirable, but not mandatory
- You are eager to learn and can quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- You like to face new challenges frequently and can quickly adapt to changing conditions
- You are highly self-motivated and enjoy teamwork.
