You as part of tonies:

As our Working Student within the Data & Insights department, you'll play a key supporting role in helping us strengthen our data analytics capabilities for global market analysis. You’ll work closely with the Growth team and be embedded in our international Data Analytics unit - giving you the unique chance to learn from global experts, work on real business challenges and grow your data skills in a dynamic environment.

This role is ideal for a student who’s passionate about using data to drive meaningful decisions, eager to learn by doing and excited to contribute to a fast-paced, mission-driven company.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include:

Support the data analytics unit with data analysis and reporting across commercial areas: acquisition, sales and customer retention
Assist in building dashboards and reports that help stakeholders monitor key business metrics
Help transform, clean and visualize data to uncover trends and performance insights
Contribute to the analysis of market dynamics and internal performance to inform strategic decisions.
Collaborate with analysts and teams across countries to ensure consistent data practices and shared learning.
Gain hands-on experience with tools and languages such as SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, dbt.

What we are looking for:

You’re currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master’s program in Data Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong interest in data, business and problem-solving.
Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms such as Tableau).
A structured, curious and proactive mindset—you’re not afraid to ask questions and take initiative.
Fluent in English, German skills are a plus.
