Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student Marketing (approx. 20 hours per week, Remote possible)

Support in analyzing and optimizing our eCommerce processes (e.g., conversion optimization, A/B testing, user behavior analysis)
Assist in maintaining and optimizing our online shop (Shopify), including updating product descriptions, price changes, and managing the product catalog
Create, design, and send newsletters in collaboration with the marketing team, including recipient segmentation and analysis of newsletter performance
Assist in planning and implementing email marketing campaigns, as well as developing automation strategies for our newsletter workflows
Support in creating reports and analyses to evaluate campaign performance and derive optimization suggestions
Conduct product and competition analyses to improve product presentation in the online shop and identify new marketing potentials
Assist in general marketing activities, such as planning and executing advertising campaigns or supporting other marketing projects

Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Media Management, eCommerce)
First experience in eCommerce or newsletter marketing, ideally through internships or previous working student roles
Analytical skills and a structured, goal-oriented work approach
Interest in digital marketing strategies and online shopping
High level of self-responsibility, motivation, and the ability to work independently
Very good German and English communication skills
Interest in premium products and ideally in the fashion or accessories industry
