Your role will involve:
- Identify and evaluate relevant AI tools for integration into our consulting projects
- Set up and program automations for acquisition and consulting processes (e.g., data analysis, slide generation, CRM processes)
- Support the development of internal toolkits and workflows around generative AI
- Develop small prototypes, such as GPT assistants for specific use cases (market analysis, due diligence, opportunity scans)
- Create customized GPT instructions and support the consulting team in prompt engineering
- Act as a technical sparring partner within the team: What is feasible and valuable?
- Roll out AI tools and prompts to the consulting team
How You’ll Work:
- Approx. 15-20 hours per week
- Ideally continuous work: a little each day (e.g., after team updates, you’ll independently handle assigned tasks throughout the week)
- Remote-first, but ideally based in Hamburg or Munich with at least occasional in-person meetings
