Duration: 1 year contract – extendable
Requirement: Enrolled at a University
Location: Düsseldorf
Working Hours: Up to 20 hours per week

Join our innovative team as a Working Student (m/f/d) - Customer Service, where you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences while honing your skills in the E-commerce industry!

Your responsibilities:

Engage with customers through various channels and deliver personalized assistance
Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer cases
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and customer-centric initiatives
Contribute to building an extensive knowledge base and continuously update it with valuable insights gathered from customer interactions.

Ideally some experience in Customer Service within the FMCG sector
Excellent communication skills, good numerical understanding and MS-Office know-how
Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
A proactive approach, team spirit and willingness to learn
You are enrolled in a German university for a full-time degree
Fluent/Native in Italian and French with at least professional level in English (essential)
