This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support pre- and post-deployment tasks for our robotic systems. You will be involved in testing robot functionalities, fine-tuning operations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deployments and exceptional customer experiences.

  • Collaborate daily with the Customer Success team to assist customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful operation of robots in the field
  • Assist the customer success team in preparing and executing onsite trials, demonstrations, and deployments, including training sessions 
  • Partner closely with the technical operations and support teams to enhance the customer journey
  • Demonstrate ER software and various robot platforms to customers under the guidance of the customer success team, both remotely and onsite
  • Enrolled student in an engineering field or similar
  • Passionate about Robotics and interested in working in a start-up
  • Excellent communication and people skills, remotely and in person: you will be managing people as much as robots
  • Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving approach
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • You are able to mainly work onsite from our office in Darmstadt
  • Further language skills in German or other languages such as Spanish, Chinese, French or Italian are an advantage 
  • Experience with Atlassian Products, Python, ROS and SQL 
  • Background in electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics engineering or physics is a plus
