Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student (m/f/d) Customer Success

This position offers a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented Working Student to support pre- and post-deployment tasks for our robotic systems. You will be involved in testing robot functionalities, fine-tuning operations, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful deployments and exceptional customer experiences.

Collaborate daily with the Customer Success team to assist customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring the successful operation of robots in the field
Assist the customer success team in preparing and executing onsite trials, demonstrations, and deployments, including training sessions
Partner closely with the technical operations and support teams to enhance the customer journey
Demonstrate ER software and various robot platforms to customers under the guidance of the customer success team, both remotely and onsite

Enrolled student in an engineering field or similar
Passionate about Robotics and interested in working in a start-up
Excellent communication and people skills, remotely and in person: you will be managing people as much as robots
Hands-on mentality and creative problem-solving approach
High proficiency in spoken and written English
You are able to mainly work onsite from our office in Darmstadt

Further language skills in German or other languages such as Spanish, Chinese, French or Italian are an advantage
Experience with Atlassian Products, Python, ROS and SQL
Background in electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics engineering or physics is a plus
