Position: Working Student (m/f/d) Branding & Campaign Management
Duration: Minimum 1 Year
Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled at a university

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As a Working Student (m/f/d) in Branding & Campaign Management, you will assist shaping our branding strategies and enhancing our company's reputation on the market.
Your tasks will include:

Support marketing manager in campaign planning, implementation, and analysis for various countries
Assist in reporting on campaign performance and weekly activities
Conduct frequent competitor comparisons
Coordinate with external cooperation partners and METRO internal stakeholders
Provide support with ad hoc tasks

Currently enrolled as a student at a university, preferably within Marketing, Employer Branding, Human Resources or similar
Strong passion for employer branding and genuine interest in talent acquisition
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box
Proactive and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in using social media platforms and basic knowledge of analytics tools
Fluent in English & German plus any additional language like French, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese is beneficial
