We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our team and help manage our showroom office in the heart of Munich. If you're passionate about coffee, love keeping things organized, and enjoy hands-on tasks, this role is for you!

Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our showroom / office
Assist with the planning and coordination of office events and workshops, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests
Help manage inventory for coffee products, office supplies, and event materials, making sure the showroom is always fully stocked
Take charge of social media updates and in-office communications during events, capturing key moments and promoting our brand
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the showroom reflects our brand image during all events and client visits
Ideally, you'll have barista skills, or at least a strong affinity for coffee, so you can serve coffee or quickly learn how to do so

Currently enrolled at a university
Living in Munich
Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
Availability of at least 15 hours per week
Strong affinity for coffee (barista experience is a plus)
