We are looking for a motivated Working Student to join our team and help manage our showroom office in the heart of Munich. If you're passionate about coffee, love keeping things organized, and enjoy hands-on tasks, this role is for you!
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our showroom / office
  • Assist with the planning and coordination of office events and workshops, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests
  • Help manage inventory for coffee products, office supplies, and event materials, making sure the showroom is always fully stocked
  • Take charge of social media updates and in-office communications during events, capturing key moments and promoting our brand
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure the showroom reflects our brand image during all events and client visits
  • Ideally, you'll have barista skills, or at least a strong affinity for coffee, so you can serve coffee or quickly learn how to do so
  • Currently enrolled at a university
  • Living in Munich
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills
  • Availability of at least 15 hours per week
  • Strong affinity for coffee (barista experience is a plus)
