About the Role

Join the Redcare Pharmacy Price Comparison & New Customer Acquisition team and gain hands-on experience in one of the most relevant areas of digital marketing. You’ll be working at the intersection of data, performance marketing, and international e-commerce, directly supporting the acquisition of new customers through price comparison platforms and affiliate networks.

We are looking for a highly motivated Working Student Performance Marketing (Pricing) (f/m/d) with a strong interest in online marketing and campaign analysis, who is eager to take ownership and grow in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for students in the later stages of their Bachelor’s or Master’s studies who want to actively contribute to campaign execution and learn how performance-driven marketing works on a European scale.

Your Tasks

• Support operational campaign management across marketplaces, voucher codes, and national campaigns (via Awin)
• Coordinate with external partners (including onboarding and asset delivery)
• Contribute to weekly and monthly affiliate and price comparison performance reporting
• Conduct competitor analysis using Publisher Discovery
• Assist with sales reconciliation and post-click validations
• Take ownership of smaller initiatives, including setting up reporting structures, working with partners, and managing your own marketing campaign from planning to reporting

About You

• Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (field of study not restricted; Economics, eCommerce, Marketing, or similar preferred)
• Strong interest in online marketing and digital platforms
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style
• High motivation and eagerness to take initiative
• Fluent in English (German is a plus; Italian and French are considered assets)
• Must Live less than 150Km from Cologne
