This position involves the analysis and processing of 0km failures and field returns of infotainment components at the customer’s Joint Analysis location in Berlin.

• You will maintain direct technical contact with the customer.
• Furthermore, you will support Bosch & Mercedes-Benz teams in troubleshooting, problem analysis and resolution, with a specific focus on distinguishing between hardware and software failures.
• Finally, you will assist in documenting the technical Joint Analysis results.

• Education: studies in the field of Engineering or comparable
• Experience and Knowledge: in an engineering discipline
• Personality and Working Practice: you are highly self-motivated and ready to dive right in; you work independently in an organized, structured fashion, applying strong analytical skills to systematically resolve problems and effectively communicate with global development teams and external customers
• Work Routine: full-time work is possible during semester breaks, subject to prior agreement
• Languages: very good in written and spoken English and good in German; additional languages are a plus

Start: according to prior agreement

Duration: 6 months – 15 h/week
