Your mission

In this role, you will support the team in optimizing production processes and product quality through experimental research and testing.

Key responsibilities

Experimental Support: Assist the Scale-Up team in designing and executing experiments aimed at optimizing production processes and product performance.
Sensory & Analytical Testing: Conduct sensory evaluations and analytical tests to assess product quality, consistency, and performance.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of experiments and tests
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret experimental data to generate insights and support process improvement decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across departments to implement process changes and validate experimental outcomes.
Retention sample Management: Prepare and manage retention staples in accordance with internal guidelines to ensure traceability and quality monitoring.

Your profile

We are looking for a highly motivated working student to join our Scale-up team.

Requirements

Educational Background: Current enrollment in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's program, preferably in Food Science/Food Technology, Material Science, Biotechnology, or a related field.
Interest in Development: Strong interest in product and process development, especially in a production environment.
Practical Experience: Hands-on experience with experimental work, ideally in a lab or production setting.
Analytical Skills: Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of analyzing challenges and developing effective, practical solutions.
Team & Communication Skills: Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken); German skills are a plus.
