Arbeitsbeschreibung - Working Student Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Deine Aufgaben

Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders with factories to ensure timely delivery
Maintain and update daily inventory reports to support sales, demand planning and stock accuracy
Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, finance) to resolve PR and delivery discrepancies
Support data entry and document management in ERP system and supply chain tools
Assist in preparing supply chain performance reports and KPIs
Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed

Dein Profil

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and ERP systems is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
