• You organize and plan events and trade shows.
• You coordinate all planning in the lead-up to the event.
• You manage and coordinate suppliers as well as the entire event logistics.
• You design new event formats and define them if necessary.
• You create texts and graphics for social media as well as new marketing materials.
• You prepare reports, documentation, presentations, and schedules.
• You work closely with external marketing and event agencies.
• You conduct internet research and market analysis.

• You have excellent German and English skills (C1/C2 level).
• You already have practical experience in trade fair planning and marketing.
• You have strong organizational skills and enjoy planning events efficiently and successfully.
• You have a "hands-on" mentality and enjoy actively getting involved.
• You are a team player, committed, and approach tasks proactively.
• You are available for 15 to 20 hours per week for approximately 12 months.
