Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager(Parttime) to join our team. The primary role of the Business Development Manager is to assist our clients in expanding their business opportunities in new markets and ensuring a smooth localization process. This position involves helping clients integrate local resources, providing appropriate solutions, including business direction determination, and technical framework construction among other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
--Identify and develop new business opportunities in new markets to help clients expand their footprint and achieve sustainable growth.
--Assist clients with the integration of local resources, ensuring that they have the support needed to successfully establish their business in the new market.
--Provide comprehensive solutions to clients, including but not limited to registration, determining the business direction, and constructing technical frameworks.
--Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate business development efforts.
--Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, and use this information to inform strategic decisions and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement business strategies tailored to clients' needs in new markets.
--Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent service and support throughout the business development process.
 
Requirements:
--Proven experience in business development, market expansion, or a similar role, with a strong track record of success in helping businesses enter and establish themselves in new markets.
Solid local resources and a robust network capable of resolving clients' issues and facilitating business growth.
--Strong understanding of the business environment, legal regulations, and cultural nuances of the target markets.
--Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
--Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset, able to provide innovative solutions to complex challenges.
--Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a high level of initiative and self-motivation.
--Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered a plus.
