Job Description - Account Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual Account  Manager , who would like to enhance his/her career within the Sales department of iSquare – Authorised Distributor of Apple Products for Greece & Cyprus. The individual will be based in Athens and will report to Sales manager for Greece.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Development : Assisting in the development and execution of account plans to meet sales targets and grow the business with existing clients. This may involve identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Sales Support : Preparing proposals, presentations, and contracts with partners. Provide valuable insights, market knowledge, and our customers feedback.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Generating reports on account activity, sales performance, and market trends. Analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Administrative Tasks : Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration : Acting as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client needs and concerns. Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Product Knowledge : Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services and staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering or related field. Master’s degree will be considered an asset.
  • Experience : Proven experience (2-3 years) in account management, preferably in the technology or retail industry. Ability to collect, track, and analyse large amounts of data.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency use of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint/Keynote). Familiarity with any BI tool (ex. PowerBI,Qlik Sense, SAP) will be an asset.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong verbal and written in both Greek and English language.
  • Interpersonal Skills : Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment, as well as work independently when necessary.
  • Organizational Skills : Organisational skills and good attention to details.
  • Adaptability : Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Ability to adapt & multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
