Duties:

The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Daily bookkeeping of local entities
• Purchase invoice posting and tracking
• Sales Invoice issuance, posting and tracking
• Assistance in the preparation and submission of VAT, VIES and Tonnage Tax return
• Bank reconciliations and maintenance of office petty cash
• Crew Payroll administration
• Filing of all Company documents
• Disbursement collection and Invoicing of Vessels.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned

Skills / Experience:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics field is an advantage.
• Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ working experience in accounting/finance. Experience in the Maritime Industry will be considered an advantage.
• Organisational and time management skills
• Data Entry Management and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication skills – both oral and written
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
• Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
