Duties:
The candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Daily bookkeeping of local entities
- Purchase invoice posting and tracking
- Sales Invoice issuance, posting and tracking
- Assistance in the preparation and submission of VAT, VIES and Tonnage Tax return
- Bank reconciliations and maintenance of office petty cash
- Crew Payroll administration
- Filing of all Company documents
- Disbursement collection and Invoicing of Vessels.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned
Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, finance or economics field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ working experience in accounting/finance. Experience in the Maritime Industry will be considered an advantage.
- Organisational and time management skills
- Data Entry Management and attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills – both oral and written
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent communication skills in English and Greek
